Callum,I like to use St.Ives ****** scrub it exfoliates the skin and leaves it really smooth,you can find this at Walmar,some people also will take vitamin A to help clear up their skin.Try to keep your hands off your face as much as possible because the oil off our hands only contributes to this condition,drink a ton of water as well and eat as healthy as you possibly can,avoid sugary foods and sodas as well because they contain nothing but sugar in them.If this doesn’t help you out,I suggest that you make an appt.with a Dr.and ask them for some Tetracycline,this is an antibiotic that kills the bacteria on your face and it worked really well for me,hope this is of some help to you,Tomb Raider.
